(1) Main Responsibilities:
Complete the process design independently, mainly including process package, feasibility study, basic design, detailed design, etc. The main tasks include:
- Draw process flow chart (PID, PFD), complete mass balance diagram and analysis;
- Proficiency in process simulation software, with in-depth analytical capabilities for physical and process schemes;
- Master the calculation of process monomer equipment;
- Preparation of technical specifications and data sheets; drawing of equipment layout study diagram;
- Familiar with the project management process and cooperation with the project manager to complete the design tasks of each stage;
(2) Hiring Requirements - Bachelor degree or above with majoring in chemical engineering and technology or equivalent professional background;
- Process designer with more than 10 years working experience in petrochemical field; familiar with relevant national standards in the petrochemical industry;
- Proficiency in CAD and office software;
- Proficiency in the use of process simulation software and related equipment calculation software is preferred;
- Strong learning adaptability and strong communication skills; strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
