Recently, chairman and party secretary of Huayi group Xunfeng Liu, vice president Jianhua Wei, deputy chief engineer Dasheng Chen and heads of relevant departments visited Shanghai Advanced Research Institute (SARI) for exchange and discussion. Chairman Xunfeng Liu and his delegation firstly visited the CAS Key Laboratory of Low-carbon Conversion Science and Engineering. In the following symposium, Weiguang Huang, vice president of SARI, delivered a welcome speech on behalf of SARI, and Professor Yuhan Sun introduced the construction scheme of ICT Innovation, and had an in-depth exchange and discussion with the leaders and experts at the meeting.
  Both sides spoke highly of the existing cooperation mode and achievements between Huayi group and SARI. Chairman Xunfeng Liu said that Huayi group attaches great importance to the industry-research cooperation and innovation mode with SARI, to realize open sharing of resources and complementary advantages with universities and scientific research institutes, and promote industrial transformation and upgrading, which is of great significance to the construction of Shanghai science and innovation center.
  Shanghai Advanced Research Institute and Huayi group will further exchange and cooperate, and discuss the joint construction of low carbon technology innovation functional platform, to promote the all-round cooperation between both sides in the fields of energy and chemical industry, new materials and new energy, including technology research and development, pilot plant test verification, and engineering commercialization. It will make contributions to the construction of science and technology innovation center with global influence in Shanghai.
